Equipment:
Bands have the following set of equipment at their disposal:
- Carlsbro 150 watt stack guitar amp (2 4x12")
- Crate GT12000 120 watt half-stack guitar amp (4x12")
- Ashdown Mag 310 watt full-stack bass amp (4x10"+1x15")
- Alesis Gigamix 8-FX 800 watt amp + 8 channel mixer
- 2 400 watt speakers
- Mapex Venus drumset
12", 13", 16" inch mounted toms
14" snare;22" bass drum
Double braced mapex hihat stand and cymbal stands - Shure PG57 and PG58 mics + cables + stand
Location:
The jamroom is conveniently located in the Beirut vicinity, 2 minutes away from Mkalles round-about (preciseley directly on Jisr L Basha, same building as the flower shop), thus very easy to arrive to, especially via public transportation.

Rules & Regulations:
- No smoking (there's an outdoor area for smoking and breaks)
- No drinking
- Place belongs to bands as much as to us, they are required to take care of equipment, otherwise, to pay for any damage
- No visitors allowed, this is a place to practice. Visitors may only be allowed with our previous approval (2-3 at most)
- Booking is done on first-come-first-serve basis and there is no favoratism
- Bands are to be instructed on Proper usage of all equipment
- Guitarists/Bassists are to get their Own cables
- Drummers are to get their own double pedal, cymbals, and any additional stands
- Drumset is not to be modified according to personal taste, it is set to most general use setup and should remain as such
- Amps position is not to be changed
- Place is to be kept clean at all times (no eating, littering, etc)
- Bands are to be strict about their schedule, any delay is to be taken from their time, no extra time will be given unless additional hours are not booked, and have to be paid for
- Bands are to pay ahead of time, and not after
